1. Free Discovery Call (15-20 minutes)

2. Pre-Consultation Questionnaire
Before our first session, I’ll ask you to fill out a detailed form covering your health history, symptoms, and goals.

3. Initial Consultation (60-90 minutes)
This is where we go deep. We explore your full story—physical, emotional, nutritional—and start identifying root causes and priorities.

4. Personalised Protocol Creation
After our session, I’ll provide you with a tailored plan including diet, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations. You’ll get an initial action plan the same day (or next day for complex cases), and I’ll continue refining your protocol as needed.

5. Weekly Follow-Up Sessions (30–45 minutes)
